Why am I sending money to Global Holdings?

We establish an FDIC-insured* account in your name and under your control. You then make deposits to this account based on your negotiated settlement agreement, and from this account, we will process your payments to creditors and related fees.

*Funds deposited into your Global account are held at FDIC-insured institutions and are subject to insurance from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to the maximum amount allowed by law, which is currently $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. For more information about FDIC insurance coverage, please visit www.fdic.gov.

What does Global Holdings do?

Who do I contact with questions related to my debt settlement program?

All questions regarding your debt settlement program should be directed to your debt settlement provider.  If you cannot locate the specific name and/or contact information for your debt settlement provider contact Global Holdings at 800-398-7191.

When to call your Debt Settlement Provider

  • When you have questions about your debts or Debt Settlement Program.
  • When you want to change or stop an upcoming automatic debit from your bank account.
  • When you need to change the bank account that automatic debits are coming from.
  • When you are having problems making payments and you want to discuss changing the date or amount.
  • When you have received communications from a creditor, and you have questions about what you should do.
