Global CORE Product Release Notes
Release Name: Global CORE June 2026
Release Date: June 2026
Product Areas Affected: DSP Portal, Fee Processing, Help Documentation
Summary
This release introduces a new capped fee split configuration that gives DSP partners greater flexibility in structuring fee-sharing arrangements with investor partners. We also enhanced closure alert emails with clearer reason context and made in-app help recommendations more context-aware based on where users are within the platform. Ongoing platform improvements continue to ensure the best possible user experience.
New Features
| Feature | Description | Impacted Users | Business Benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Capped Fee Split Type | A new fee-split configuration allows companies to collect fees up to a defined dollar cap, with any amount above the cap shared proportionally among additional recipients. | DSP Partners | Makes it easier for companies to structure fee-sharing arrangements with investor partners while processing on Global’s platform, and reduces processing interruptions when a scheduled fee falls below a fixed threshold. |
Improvements
- Closure Alert Reason Context: Client-initiated closure alert emails now include the specific reason category for eligible closures, giving teams clearer context to review and respond more efficiently.
- Context-Aware Help Recommendations: The in-app help widget now recommends articles based on where a user is on the Dashboard, helping users find relevant guidance without leaving the application.
- Ongoing Platform Enhancements: As always, we continue to deliver improvements behind the scenes to ensure the best possible user experience.
Global Prime Product Release Notes
Release Name: Global Prime June 2026
Release Date: June 2026
Product Areas Affected: API, Attorneys, Phone System, Drip Emails, User Experience
Summary
This release is focused on partner self-service and phone system control. Partners can now manage attorney assignments, configure audio messages for inbound call routing, and handle several types of phone number management directly in Prime — without submitting requests to the Prime team. Drip email templates can now be targeted by campaign, and the CustomerSearchOps API has two new filters. A variety of user experience and automation improvements round out the release.
New Features
| Feature | Description | Impacted Users | Business Benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Self-Service Attorney Settings | Partners can now manage attorney assignments directly from Prime using a new settings page. Add an attorney’s name and email, assign them to specific states, and enrolled customers and future enrollments for affected states update automatically. | Legal Servicing Teams | Partners can keep attorney assignments current without relying on the Prime team, keeping the system in sync with their business as jurisdictions and staffing change. |
| Welcome and Off-Hours Call Prompts | Partners can now configure audio messages to play before inbound calls are routed to agents, or during hours when an office is closed or no agents are available. Alternate messages can be set by policy group or company, and multiple messages can be configured for the same routing path. | Phone System Administrators | Partners have greater control over the caller experience before and when calls go unanswered, supporting consistent branding and improved customer experience. |
| Direct Role DID Management | Partners can now assign DIDs to roles for incoming calls directly from Prime, without backend configuration changes. Each DID’s ring timeout, voicemail user, and routing priority can be configured independently. When an agent is eligible to receive multiple inbound calls, Prime routes to the higher-priority DID first. | Phone System Users | Partners can make phone number changes quickly and independently, with more precise control over how inbound calls are prioritized and routed. |
| Secondary Direct Agent DIDs | Partners can now assign both a primary and a secondary DID to an agent. Incoming calls to either number route directly to that agent, while outbound calls continue to come from the primary DID. | Phone System Users | Agents can receive calls on ported numbers from other phone systems alongside their Prime-originated number, easing phone system transitions without disrupting call coverage. |
| Call Forwarding for Direct Agent DIDs | If an agent has an individual DID, calls to that number can now be forwarded to an active agent in the same office or to an external phone number. Forwarding applies only to the agent’s individual DID and does not affect other inbound call routing. | Phone System Users | Managers can ensure phone coverage for agents who are out of the office without rerouting the broader call queue. |
Improvements
- API: The CustomerSearchOps API has two new filters for status change date and debt amount change date.
- Drip Emails: Drip email templates can now target customers based on their campaign, working alongside existing office, policy group, and status-based scheduling rules.
- Call Routing: Round robin and auto-answer call routing now prioritizes available agents who have been idle longest, followed by agents currently on calls, then agents who are paused or away.
- Automation: Several improvements were made to disposition and CSR task automation.
- User Experience: A variety of improvements were made to the top menu bar, customer reminders, Advanced Search, the Dashboard, and the Live Calls Report.
These enhancements highlight our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful, partner-driven innovation. Whether you’re aiming to improve operational efficiency, increase agent productivity, or better serve your clients, Global’s platform continues to evolve to meet your needs and drive results.
