September 2026 Product Enhancements from Global
As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, transparency, and operational excellence, Global is proud to share this month’s product release notes for both Global CORE and Global Prime.
These updates come straight from partner feedback and our ongoing work to solve the real challenges DSPs face every day.
Global CORE Product Release Notes
Release Name: Global CORE September 2026
Release Date: September 2026
Product Areas Affected: Webhooks, Exceptions
Summary
In September, the CORE team delivered work that brings us closer to three exciting new features that illustrate Global’s commitment to DSP Partnership. Global Direct Pay Exception Resolution and the Payment Lifecycle Webhook are a direct result of DSP Feedback and Webhook Payload Versioning offers a more custom Webhook approach. While not yet generally available, expect to see these features coming soon!
New Features
| Feature | Description | Impacted Users | Business Benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Webhook Payload Versioning | DSPs will soon be able to choose which version of a webhook event’s payload each subscription receives, directly from the Developer Portal. The Configure Event screen will include a version selector with matching sample JSON, subscription cards will display the selected version, and test webhooks will reflect the version chosen. | Integration Partners | New data points can be added to webhook events without disrupting existing integrations, giving DSPs control over when they adopt changes. Coming Soon! |
| Creditor Payment Lifecycle Webhook | A new webhook event will automatically notify subscribing DSPs when a creditor payment changes status, including voided and reversed payments. Statuses are designed to map consistently into DSP systems and workflows. | Integration Partners | Reduces reliance on manual reporting to identify payment status changes, helping DSPs respond to reversals sooner and keep settlements on track. Coming Soon! |
| GDP Exceptions On-Screen Resolution | Users will be able to resolve GDP Exceptions directly from the GDP Exceptions screen in Company Website, without navigating to the Payments screen. Applicable changes will carry forward to remaining scheduled payments, and a new webhook event will help keep connected CRMs in sync. | Exceptions Users | Fewer steps to resolve exceptions and less duplicate data entry across systems. Coming Soon! |
Global Prime Product Release Notes
Release Name: Global Prime September 2026
Release Date: September 2026
Product Areas Affected: Charges, Dashboards, CSR Tasks, Negotiator Tasks, Reporting
Summary
This release delivers updates focused on charge programs, tasking, and reporting.
New Features
| Feature | Description | Impacted Users | Business Benefit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Automatic Optional Product Charges for Program Extensions | When extending a customer’s program by adding drafts, you can now select the Schedule Optional Product Fees checkbox. It schedules the applicable optional product fees or charges for each month added to the program. The checkbox only appears for customers with an active optional product. | Customer Service | The entire process of adding new charges for program extensions is now automated for most cases, saving time for customer service agents. |
| Settlement Dashboards | The following dashboards are now available: Historical Settled Debt, Weekly Affiliate Settlements, Debt Settled Today, Monthly Settled Debt, Yearly Settled Debt, Historical Settled Debt Bar Chart, and Negotiator Statistics. | Negotiators | Negotiation teams now have more metrics for tracking individual and team progress, easily available on Prime’s main page. |
Improvements
- DAAA Validation Fail Task Timing: The process that triggers the Global DAAA Validation Fail task now checks for DAAA documents that have been in a New status for over 120 hours, instead of just 72 hours. This prevents the task from being triggered unnecessarily for DAAA documents submitted on a Friday or before a holiday.
- Negotiator Task Account Numbers: When a new negotiator task is created, it now populates with the current creditor account number when it is available. Otherwise, it falls back on the original creditor account number. When either account number is updated from the creditor record, the updated number flows to that creditor’s active negotiator tasks. This does not override any account numbers entered into tasks manually.
- Customer IDs with Company Prefix: The Enrollment Report and Agent Activity Report now support customer IDs that include the company prefix.
These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to meaningful, partner-driven innovation. Whether you want to improve operational efficiency, increase agent productivity, or better serve your clients, Global’s platform keeps evolving to meet your needs and drive results.
