Paul Bogutsky joined Global Holdings in May 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Paul has significant experience in all aspects of financial planning and reporting, problem solving, implementing key reporting metrics, tax, budgeting, treasury, and risk management across numerous and diverse industries. His focus has always been on building strong finance teams to support the growth of both private equity owned and public organizations.

Prior to joining Global, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer of Construction Resources, a Georgia-based specialty building products company, where he focused on strategic acquisitions and securing long-term financing to support the growth of the business. Prior to that Paul served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Indiana-based Gearbox Holdings, a specialty manufacturer of automotive parts.

Paul also served in various leadership positions at Ply Gem Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products and Tranzact, a marketing and technology company that specializes in lead generation for high-growth enterprises.

As a CPA professional, he advised clients at Grant Thornton on complex accounting transactions, capital raising, SEC reporting, financial due diligence, application of generally accepted accounting principles, and general tax planning.

Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is a member of the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, biking, hiking, and rooting for the NY Giants and Yankees. Paul and his wife have run the NYC marathon for nearly 30 years.
