Global Holdings Hires Doug Taylor as Vice President, Operations

Tulsa, Okla., Feb. 10, 2020 — Global Holdings LLC, a leading payment processor announced today that the company has hired Doug Taylor as VP Operations. In his new role, Taylor will oversee all customer support and payment operations. 

Taylor brings more than 25 years of operations experience in the financial services market to Global. “Doug is a seasoned operations leader who is known for fostering tremendous teamwork,” said John Filby President and CEO of Global. “Doug’s track record of running operations for innovative, stable financial services companies means that customers, debt settlement providers and partners can have the highest confidence in our delivery.”

Taylor comes to Global from Toyota Commercial Finance, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He previously held several leadership roles at Capital One, including as Head of Operations for Capital One Auto Finance, Head of Marketing Operations for Capital One’s credit card business and Head of Subprime Marketing Strategy.

Prior to his service at Capital One, Doug served as a Logistics Officer in the United States Army. He holds a BS in Statistics and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
